Kings Golgappa are hollow, crisp shells for making golgappa or pani puri. Their dry texture is intended to be filled just before eating. They are part of one of the best-known street snacks of the Indian subcontinent.
How to use it. Make a small hole in each shell and fill it to taste just before serving. Add liquid or chutney at the last moment so it stays crisp.
