2. Purpose and acceptance

This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the Website, together with the liabilities arising from such use. Accessing the Website confers the status of user and implies acceptance of this Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and, when a purchase is made, the Terms of Sale, Shipping and Returns.

Indian Flavours may amend the content of the Website and of these terms whenever necessary. The applicable version will be the one published at the time of browsing or, in the case of a purchase, the one accepted during the order process.

3. Terms of use

The user undertakes to use the Website diligently, lawfully and in good faith, in accordance with applicable law and this Legal Notice. In particular, the user shall refrain from:

• Using the Website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or purposes that infringe the rights of third parties.
• Introducing, transmitting or spreading viruses, malicious code or other elements that could damage systems, networks or data.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to restricted areas, other users' accounts or Indian Flavours' systems.

4. Product information

Indian Flavours sells packaged Indian and South Asian food products —including spices, rice, flours, snacks, pickles and other everyday consumer goods— and certain cosmetic products. Photographs, descriptions and other content are provided for informative and commercial purposes. Every effort is made to keep them accurate and up to date, but there may be non-essential variations in presentation, packaging, labelling, batch, weight or availability compared with the image shown.

Before consuming a product, the customer must always check the physical labelling received, in particular the list of ingredients, allergens, storage instructions, best-before or expiry date and the manufacturer's warnings. In case of allergy, intolerance or doubt, do not consume the product without first checking the label or, where appropriate, consulting a healthcare professional.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, photographs, designs, logos, trademarks, trade names, source code, structure, databases and graphic elements, is protected by intellectual and industrial property law and belongs to Indian Flavours or to third parties who have authorised its use.

No exploitation rights over such content are granted to the user beyond what is strictly necessary for personal, private use of the Website. Its reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or extraction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of the rights holder, except where permitted by law.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Where the user is a consumer, any dispute will be submitted to the courts that have jurisdiction under the applicable mandatory rules, without prejudice to their consumer rights.

Where the contract is entered into between professionals or businesses and the law so permits, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might otherwise apply to them.
