Haldiram Rasgulla are Bengali sweets made of soft balls kept in syrup. Their spongy, juicy texture is one of rasgulla's defining qualities. They are commonly served chilled at the end of a meal or for celebrations.
How to use it. Chill the tin before opening if you prefer to serve the rasgulla cold. Lift the pieces out with a clean spoon and refrigerate any remaining contents in a suitable container.
Best for. Ideal for sharing at celebrations, offering to guests or ending an Indian meal with a traditional sweet. Serve small portions, as the pieces are soaked in syrup.
