MDH Sindhi biryani masala is a spice blend made for Sindhi biryani, aromatic rice cooked in layers. It brings a recognisable aromatic profile and gives the dish a balanced Indian character with less measuring.
How to use it. Add the blend to an onion, tomato or yoghurt base as you cook, then let it combine for a few minutes. Adjust the amount to the quantity prepared and your preferred heat.
Best for. Choose it when making Sindhi biryani, aromatic rice cooked in layers without assembling several spices separately. It suits family meals, everyday cooking and batch preparation.
MDH offers this 100 g format for everyday cooking. We send orders to Spain and Portugal.
