This Pillsbury multigrain atta flour is milled for South Asian flatbreads. It makes a workable dough with a soft result for chapati, roti and similar breads. The 5 kg bag suits homes that make bread regularly.
How to use it. Mix the atta with water gradually, knead until smooth and let the dough rest for a few minutes. Divide, roll into discs and cook on a hot flat pan on both sides.
Best for. Best for homemade chapatis, rotis and meals where bread is served freshly made. Keep the bag closed in a cool, dry place between uses.
