How to use it. Grate, chop or melt it as the recipe requires so it dissolves easily. Add it gradually and adjust the sweetness before finishing the dish.
Best for. Good in chai, desserts, sauces and traditional preparations calling for goor. The 500 g block is useful for cooking and keeping on hand.
