This Pillsbury wheat atta flour is milled for South Asian flatbreads. It makes a workable dough with a soft result for chapati, roti and similar breads. The 10 kg bag suits homes that make bread regularly.
How to use it. Mix the atta with water gradually, knead until smooth and let the dough rest for a few minutes. Divide, roll into discs and cook on a hot flat pan on both sides.
Best for. Best for homemade chapatis, rotis and meals where bread is served freshly made. Keep the bag closed in a cool, dry place between uses.
