This white chapati flour is intended for making Indian-style flatbreads. It makes a workable dough that can be rolled into thin discs and cooked quickly on a hot griddle.
How to use it. Add water gradually, knead until smooth and leave the dough to rest before dividing it. Roll each portion out and cook on both sides on a tava or frying pan.
Best for. Homemade chapati and roti to serve with dal, curry, kebabs or stir-fried vegetables.
