MDH butter chicken masala is a spice blend made for butter chicken, a creamy chicken curry with tomato and spices. It brings a recognisable aromatic profile and gives the dish a balanced Indian character with less measuring.
How to use it. Add the blend to an onion, tomato or yoghurt base as you cook, then let it combine for a few minutes. Adjust the amount to the quantity prepared and your preferred heat.
